This retreat is an invitation to expand your consciousness for listening to God in your life, to be more conscious about listening to oneself, to take care and love oneself thus to do the same toward the other and the creation. From the Judeo-Christian, Ignatian Spirituality, Toltec-Guadalupan Spirituality and Psychological perspectives, we will enter into a space of listening, caring and balance, the Way of the Heart.
